How to trade in Forex

• For example you open an account and deposit 1,000 US Dollars.

  Our minimum deposit is $ 200.

• USD / JPY rate is 124.97 / 125.00. You decide to buy 100,000 USD and sell 12,500,000 JPY (i.e. 1 lot1 lot = 100,000 units of base currency (the first currency in the currency pair)).

  Minimum contract size is now 0.01 of a lot (micro forex).

• To fund this position you need 1,000 USD.

  We offer up to 1:100 leverageLeverage is the ratio between the collateral and borrowed funds: 1:20, 1:40, 1:50, 1:100.
  
  1:100 leverage means that when you wish to open a new position, then you need to support a deposit 100 times less than the value of the contract you are interested in..

• USD / JPY moves up by 103 pipsPip is the numerical value of the last, or right-most, digit of a quote (0.01 in our example)..
  

  126.00 / 126.03 We sell at the BidBid is the lower price in the quote being the price at which you may sell. price

  124.97 / 125.00 We buy at the AskAsk is the higher price in the quote being the price at which you may buy. price

• Your profit is 793.65 USD.
  

  This example shows a favourable outcome. If the market had moved in the opposite direction you would realise a loss not a profit and with leverage this loss would be magnified.
